When purchasing an available original artwork online as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the artwork to inform Sianartss that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. No reason is required.
Please contact Sianartss before sending anything back so that suitable return instructions can be provided.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to commissions or artwork that are clearly personalised.
More information about commissions can be found on the Commissions page.

Returned artworks must be:
securely and appropriately packaged;
returned in the condition in which they were received;
sent back within the applicable return period.
For returns made simply because you changed your mind, the cost of returning the artwork is paid by the buyer.
Please take particular care when packaging original artworks, as you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.
-
Following a valid withdrawal, the purchase price and the cost of the original standard delivery option will be refunded.
Any additional amount paid because you selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard option does not have to be refunded.
Sianartss may withhold the refund until the artwork has been received back or until you provide evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
-
As every original artwork is handmade and one of a kind, an identical replacement is usually possible. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible before returning.
Please provide clear, detailed photographs of the artwork, the damaged areas, and both the inner and outer packaging, and keep all original packaging while the issue is being resolved.
Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, an appropriate solution may include professional repair at no cost to you, a price reduction if you wish to keep the artwork, or a refund where repair is not possible or reasonable. We will discuss the most suitable solution together.
